MY JOURNEY TO WUHAN

DAY 9

11 March 2009, Wednesday

Had lunch with MeiYun, MengZhen, HuiMiang, CiMin, Benedict, Randolph and Clive at Canteen 2. I ordered quite a few dishes for today, got fried dough (油条), steamed egg and stir-fry vegetables noodle. In the end I only managed to finish half of my noodle (3RMB) but I've finished the fried dough (1RMB) and steamed egg (1RMB)! Hahaha. XD

Someone didn't clear their table! Can you tell which side (my side or HuiMiang's side) have table manners? :P

Went for OIE lesson (1pm-5pm) and we were the first to reach because we are good students. ^^ Anyway, Sally (OIE lecturer) taught us history of China and I find this lesson interesting because got the topics I like! XD However, due to the digestion, my brain is lacking of oxygen and caused me to doze off. So you see, not my fault to fell asleep. :P

Meant to take myself only. ^^ Ok la, let Winson join in too! :P

These three guys really sticked to together for almost everything! Eat, sleep (same room 222), play, study and even go Gents!!! Hopefully they don't bathe together. ^^

Mr Wong SO CUTE la. XD Anyway, Mr Wong answered correctly for Sally's questiona and got 'something' from her! It's a pen and we made it like prize presentation. :P

Oh my gosh! I caught Randolph scratching his butt! Well, I made it up actually. Wahaha. XD

Ok, he did it willingly. I didn't force? :P

I love this slide! Look at the chinese characters, changed from the past till now. Really amazed by the creation of the chinese words!

After the lesson, MeiYun and I went back to the room first. When she's on the bed, she starts to have the thought of touching the top of her bed with her legs.

CiMin came back soon and decided to sleep. I think MeiYun used my camera to video her preparing to sleep. :P Somehow I got too high and didn't leave both of them in peace. Hahaha. XD

Winson came to tell us it's time to gather outside the hostel for dinner with MDE people.

He loves MeiYun's bedroom slippers! =P

There's a sign in red words saying, "Female's dormitory, males are not allowed to enter". But we all mixed and stayed inside so it does not apply to us? LOL :P

SEE! We are one big 'mixing-of-genders' family! =P

Grabbed Winson to take picture with me. I think I really got too high today. Hahaha. XD

Clive got muscle but I still managed to grab him with my own strength! Muahaha. XD

Went to Mr Loh's place and check out his WuHan house!

Mr Loh's privacy got invaded!!!

After visiting Mr Loh's house we went to wet market and take a look.

At last is dinner time!!! This is the 'cheap cheap' restaurant that Mr Wong and Mr Loh introduced us. It's called Ni Nan Jiu Dian. 酒店 actually means hotel but this is a restuarant. I still got a little confused by China chinese.

Dinner ended at 8pm plus and people start to go for a short window shopping! I walked past a shop which sells shoes at half price so... Ok! A little auntie I know. But I'm aiming for 'cheap cheap' stuffs here and shopping mall sell 'expensive' items!!! Although this pair of sport shoes is not branded (it's a China brand I guess?), it cost only 60RMB and I think it's quite cheap already. Anyway, I also need to get a sport shoes for jogging if not I'll definitely become unfit when I get back to Singapore. ^^

Quite nice right? Heehee. :P

Went to supermarket (the one connected with the shopping mall that is super near Mac ^^) to check out some skin product. Don't know why my skin become so dry and it starts to peel!!! Sigh! -_- Anyway, I got a moisturizer for 28RMB and MeiYun got herself a skin product too! We walked around the shopping mall for a while and went back to hostel because CiMin is locked out of the room (the key is with me!). :P

Had supper with Winson, MengZhen, CiMin, MeiYun and Seok at Duo Luo Food Street (behind the hostel). Saw our China friends (Kidd, Zero, Fire, Guy) too! It's like everyday we are seeing them either at Canteen 2 or other places? So 'coincident'... I got soy bean milk (2RMB) from 'lane 2' because I'm told that it's nicer than that 1RMB soy bean milk at the 'lane 1'. (lane 1 is the lane that have 'wanton soup' and 'China prata' ^^) MeiYun, Seok and I got stir-fry sausage noodle (3RMB) while Winson got egg one, all from the same stall at lane 1. Had a small chat with Guy and Fire then went back to hostel. I think MengZhen didn't have any supper after a 'long decision' of what to eat. -_-

That's all for today and I shall sleep soon because tomorrow got morning lesson!!! Bye~~~
