12 March 2009, Thursday
Had BPE lecture in the morning (10am - 12pm) and OIE lecture after lunch break (1pm - 5pm) for today. For BPE lesson it's already to Quiz 4 and Mr Wong says the class did well for Quiz 3. :)
Lunch at Canteen 1 with my 'gang' and had Braised Chicken Noodle (红烧鸡肉面 - 4.50RMB). This is the dish that Winson had yesterday and we decided to try the same food as him! MengZhen, MeiYun, CiMin and I ordered it but we didn't know that it's spicy. Poor CiMin who couldn't take spicy food got to forsake her meal and spend extra money on food bites. Howe, Seok, MeiYun and I went to OIE classroom first as the rest accompany MengZhen to settle her laptop problems.
Sally (OIE lecturer) gave us a sheet of information about the history of the kings of China. It's like reading a mini-storybook and I love it! I'm more familiar in Tang, Ming, Qing and Manchu dynasty. Actually the stories I've read today are mostly known by me but I didn't know about the details so I'm glad to have this stack of information. Sally said that for the next lesson she'll give us another sheet of information about the Four Beauties and some historical sites. Eager to get hold of that piece of information. Hehehe. :P After lesson, Mr Chong gave us a short briefing about tomorrow's event like 7am got to meet up at the front gate's entrance, 6.30am maybe meeting together for breakfast, got to bring student card to get discount for the cruise (not yet confirmed) and need to bring food in case we are hungry on the coach.
Currently I'm waiting for dinner with Winson, CiMin, HuiMiang and MeiYun which is 6.30pm. So maybe I shall blog a little more since I have twenty more minutes. :P
This morning when I woke up (around 8am) I felt a little cold at first but I thought it's normal since everyday is almost the same effect. But I didn't know it's drizzling outside until my friends told me. I went to check the weather report on internet (
http://www.weathercity.com/cn/42/wuhan/) and found these few days will be cold until Monday. Sigh! -_- I thought the weather is turning warm but it's not! Well, I think I got no choice but to tolerate longer and hopefully my flu don't get worsen. Another factor is that the air here is truly polluted by car exhaust and dust! This make my nose even more sensitive than when I'm in Singapore. But no worries, I'll take care of myself and be STRONG to fight this. After this is over, I think I'll be able to adapt better in Singapore like what the deputy principal has said. LOL :P
Shall stop here, maybe will continue when I get back from dinner. Or maybe not? Well, shall see then. ^^
